Boulet Launches Ad Prior to Qualifying for Mayor-President Race
LAFAYETTE, LA — With less than a week till she completes the qualifying process, Monique Blanco Boulet (R-Lafayette) released a new ad to showcase her experience bringing investments and transparency to government services that prevent crime such as economic development, better paying jobs, and public safety measures. Monique recently left her role as head of the Acadiana Planning Commission (APC) to focus on the race to replace scandal-ridden Josh Guillory as Mayor-President.
"She led the Acadiana Planning Commission for nine years bringing 250 million dollars of infrastructure and business investment,” the ad says. “As Mayor-President Monique will protect our families from crime and homes from flooding […].”
The video will air through targeted digital and television in the weeks ahead.
Qualifying begins August 8th. Election Day is October 14th.
