Blanco-Boulet Resigns Post at Acadiana Planning Commission to Focus on Mayor-President Race

LAFAYETTE, LA — Candidate for Mayor-President Monique Blanco Boulet (R-Lafayette) announced in a letter that she will be stepping away as CEO of the Acadiana Planning Commission (APC), effective July 14th, 2023. Boulet's legacy with the Agency is one that reflects the values Lafayette Parish wants in its next Mayor-President.

In the letter to APC Board Members, Monique Blanco Boulet highlighted her achievements and those who have been instrumental in her time at APC. "I have led an honest government agency that is willing to listen, to collaborate, and do the hard work," Boulet says in the letter.
